Refunds and exchanges will be provided for products returned in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days in original and undamaged packaging. If the returned product is not received in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the product.
For returns based on our errors, or that were received damaged or defective, we will refund the product and postage costs (incurred in sending the product to you and returning it to us). Customers should contact us (inquiries@revelationsproducts.com) prior to returning products to us. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
